  1. This Business plan is applicable globally.
  2. Business plan (count) is valid for one year and will be renewed on the performance of the business associates year to year . A business associates has to get renewed within time period..
  3. The company will be at the discretion to suspend, cancel or terminate contract acting contrary to the aims and object of the company.
  4. All payment in respect to the business plan or purchase of product promoted by the company should be made in the name of roys home appliance pvt ltd by cash or demand draft or cheque
  5. Company will not be responsible if the payment is in the wrong name or address or to any person other than the company..
  6. Any kind of payment made from time to time is not refundableroysindia.in..
  7. A person aging 18 years and above can only become an associate in the business plan promoted by the company
  8. The business associates is allow to display the name, the official logo of the company on their personal stationery made for the promotion of the company’s business, with prior permission. However the business associate is not allowed to use patients, trademark or any other intellectual properties of the company for any purpose.
  9. Company All the guidelines rules published by the company and which will be published from time to time shall always be binding on all the business associates..
  10. Company . The company shall solely be at the liberty to change , amend, add, delete object, business plan, rules and guidelines, without giving any prior notice to all business associates without affecting the benefit of the business associates which they are entitled before such charges.
  11. The business associates shall not do or cause any act / thing which cause any harm, damage to the company and its objects, business promotion plan or any other activity .
    Due to any change in law, rules of the local body, state or central government in future the company shall be at the liberty to change entire business plan either in whole or in part without any prior notice to the business associates.
    All business associates who promoting the product and the business of the company shall be entitled to receive the incentive from the company directly.
  12. The delivery of the goods / products will be issued to the business associates or customers within 2 days from the date of payment. All the goods will be dispatched from office or franchise only.
    T.D.S will be deducted from all payments made to the business associates as per the rule of income tax department.
    . Commission cheques are issued by monthly (10 th ) and others cheques are issued 20 th of every month.
    . All taxes, octroi, Packing, forwarding and transport charges will be charged extra .
    The company shall at liberty to terminate of cancel the contract of the business associates if they are engaged in any others business of similar type or same nature. The company has got the right to stop all the incentives entitled to those associates.
  13. Any complain of non-receipt of payment / commission should be registered within 30 days company head office .
  14. 20. The lawful nominees will only be entitled to receive the benefits as enjoyed by the late associates and he/she will be bound by all existing features terms and conditions, rules and guidelines of the company..
  15. Nominee should inform in written to the company about this his/her interest to continue with the company, failing which all his/her benefit will be freezed by the company..
  16. If any associates will remain inactive in his or her business for 60 days then company will declare him or her as a dead associate..
